Horváth G. Andor (born Horváth András Gusztáv, Budapest, June 28, 1876 – Budapest, March 26, 1966) was a Hungarian painter and graphic artist. He began his studies in Budapest, where he was a student of Bertalan Karlovszky and Károly Lotz, and later continued his education at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna
From 1897 onwards, his works were exhibited at the Műcsarnok (Hall of Art) and the Nemzeti Szalon (National Salon). His early works were impressionist-style landscapes, but later he primarily painted folk genre scenes depicting the life of Hungarian peasants. One of his works can be found in the collection of the Hungarian National Gallery
Horváth G. Andor passed away in 1966 and is buried in the Farkasrét Cemetery in Budapest
Some of his works are available for purchase at the Kieselbach Gallery, including his painting titled Beszélgetés("Conversation").
