Fine porcelain tea kettle, decorated with gilding, in a Japanese-European style. The body has a hexagonal, slightly oval shape, with a handle and spout reminiscent of bamboo, reflecting the influence of 19th-century Far Eastern ceramics. On a white background, reddish-gold and gray-green floral motifs – blooming branches, leaves, and buds – are hand-painted, with gold accents highlighting the contours. The edges, handle, and spout are also accented with a gold border.
