Detailed description
Henry Etienne Dumaige, born in Paris in 1830, studied sculpture as a student of Féuchère and Dumont. Between 1862 and 1877, he exhibited groups, statues, and busts in the Salon.
He created a large number of busts, groups, and small sculptures from marble, plaster, and bronze, including small sculptures of Desmoulins and Rabelais. He died in 1888 in St-Gilles-Croix-de-Vié.
