László Neogrády was born in Budapest in 1896. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts, where his master was Ede Balló. His art was formed in the spirit of naturalism, and he is primarily known for his landscapes. He regularly exhibited at the exhibitions of the Műcsarnok, and in 1929 he showcased his works at the Fészek Club. His works have been presented at numerous domestic and international exhibitions. His style is characterized by thick layers of paint and play of light.
The painting captures the rich color palette of the summer garden flowers and the atmosphere of the sunny landscape.
