Detailed description

I was born in Budapest in 1971, and have been living and creating here ever since.

I obtained a secondary graphic design certificate at the Krea Environmental Planning School, and then a teaching degree in drawing-visual communication from the Faculty of Arts at Kaposvár University. After that, I completed 2.5 years in the university's Visual Representation - Painting specialization, while also participating in the 2-year postgraduate art therapy training at the University of Pécs.

I have taught children as a painting and drawing teacher in an elementary art school, adults in a painting studio, and in my own art workshop. I currently work as a freelance painter, and also teach drawing and painting in my studio and online.

I regularly participate in domestic and international exhibitions and art colonies.

For me, painting is a journey filled with experiences that lasts a lifetime, equally full of bumps, wonders, and uplifting beauties.

This journey can be about wandering through external landscapes, discovering lights, colors, shapes, and moods, or dreaming them into a painting. Play, exciting discovery, passion. But sometimes, this is replaced by an inner journey, facing the painful or uplifting revelations that lie deep within the soul. These realizations that emerge to the surface can also take form with the help of a brush. These materialized feelings can then be examined, loved, or not loved, but they certainly demand attention, the engagement with them, and thus this journey becomes an inner path of the soul that wishes to know itself. This self-discovery path through creation is just as important to me as the play with the tangible reality of the material.
