Fancia művész

A pair of richly decorated French bronze vases, with an oval body and high-arching, acanthus and volute-motif designed handles. The bodies feature finely crafted, allegorical-mythological scenes in bas-relief, showcasing the careful chiseling of the details. Their form and ornamentation are related to the historicizing, rococo-inspired decorative bronze art of the second half of the 19th century. Standing on a black base, they are representative interior objects, primarily with a decorative emphasis.
